2. Capacity to Contract (Section 11, Indian Contract Act 1872)

Every applicant represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, of sound mind, and not disqualified from contracting by any law to which they are subject. Petitions tendered by persons not competent to contract shall be deemed void ab initio.

Membership is premised upon reciprocal commitment. Each Fellow is assigned a 1:1 Reciprocal Buddy within their Chapter. Persistent unexcused absenteeism impairs Chapter performance and may result in forfeiture of active roll standing.

4. Electronic Execution & Admissibility (Section 10-A, IT Act 2000)

Pursuant to Section 10-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, agreements, petitions, and certifications concluded electronically through authenticated credentials, OTP verification, or cryptographic tokens are legally valid, binding, and enforceable in courts of law.

5. Intellectual Property & Armory Rubrics

All proprietary rubrics, speech blueprints, Lexicon architectures, and curriculum materials hosted within the House Valyris Armory are the exclusive intellectual property of House Valyris. Fellows receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license for personal leadership development only. Commercial distribution or unauthorized replication is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to Fellowship covenants shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
